Probably the most frequently asked question we get is do we do custom work?
The answer is we try to provide enough designs to accommodate everyone. However if someone desires a custom guitar strap we suggest that you phone us.

There are a vast amount of combinations that are possible with leather colors and hardware. For example, the Texas Concho guitar strap has the most color and hardware combinations of any of our straps.

How do I care for my Strap?
We recommend a leather conditioner that is meant for finer leathers that don't have an adverse effect on color or feel of the leather. Lexol or Meltonian Leather Lotion are good examples and are readily available. We don't recommend heavy conditioners such as mink oil, pure neatsfoot or paste type products that will leave sticky residue or discolor the leather. We suggest you try any conditioner in an inconspicuous area to see if it is the effect you desire.

What if I lose a part or piece?
Sure just call us. We have replacement parts. Eyeland guitar straps are designed so this won't be a factor but if it does we will send it out immediately.

Can I just have one large hole to accommodate a straplock?
Absolutely. Our stock keyhole will fit most strap locks but in the event that you require one single hole, so be it. It can be done. The Eyeland adjustable tail systems provide a lot of room for length adjustment. If you require something longer or shorter it can be done.
