How to order a strap
If you reside in a foreign country other than Canada, please call to order a strap.
Step One: Browse the strap pages and find a strap you want to order. Select width and colors then submit.

Step Two: You will then be taken to an order form to fill out completely and submit.

If you wish to order a custom strap or multiple straps please call us (1-888-435-6365).

Acoustic Straps: Some designs work well with acoustic guitars and some are designed strictly for electric. Instruments that attach at the headstock may require design changes. Please specify in the comments box if you intend to attach your strap at the headstock. We also need to be aware of end pin jacks (cord plugs into strap button). Up-charges may apply

Length: If you currently own a strap you are comfortable with we suggest that you measure the distance from hole to hole. We will provide adjustment on either side of that measurement. Unusually long straps may require the body be made longer to be proportionate and function properly. Up-charge may apply.

Shipping: We ship UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot provide a shipping address your order will be sent US Postal Service

Orders: Please allow 10-15 business days to complete orders

Sales Tax: Sales tax applies to orders within the state of Washington

Returns: All sales are final. The exception is if it has been determined by Eyeland Enterprises there is a flaw in material or construction. Article will be replaced. There are no returns on custom orders. Article must be returned to Eyeland Enterprises within 2 working days for inspection after it has been delivered.

Colors: Leather colors may vary and are subject to availability.
